When will I receive my confirmation email?
After you complete the enrolment form, we will be in touch to confirm session scheduling. Once confirmed, you will receive an electronic invoice. Once paid, you will receive a confirmation email regarding sessions details.
What are the payment options?
We process all payments securely via our online invoicing system, which involves payments via direct bank deposit and credit card.
Are there any lock-in contracts?
Of course not! As per the Student Agreement, there are no lock-in contracts or hidden fees.
How do the online tutoring sessions work?
Shortly after receiving your email confirmation, you will receive an easy guide detailing how to connect to your online tutoring sessions.
